Clubs are invited to apply for the opportunity to represent Ireland at the ICU World Cheerleading Championships. Successful teams will be selected as Team Ireland and must meet all performance, commitment, and governance requirements.

🟢 Youth Division (2027)

Ages: 12–14
Birth Years: 2013 – 2015

👉 Athletes must turn at least 12 and not exceed 14 during 2027.

🔵 Junior Division (2027)

Ages: 15–18
Birth Years: 2009 – 2012

👉 Athletes must fall within this range during 2027.

ICU age rules are based on birth year, not exact age—For example athletes turning 15 at any stage in 2027 are classified as Junior, not Youth.
